WHO WE ARE

Hi, my name is Aundrea Aloe, the owner of our company.  Mark is my husband and together, we make a powerful team.  Along with bringing a collective wealth of business knowledge, we complement each others strengths really well.  Mark brings an artistic & creative flare while I am more detailed and organizational given my professional secretarial and computer experience background.

 

AUNDREA ALOE – OWNER

I have been an Executive Assistant for over 25 years.  Seeing that my husband and I moved around a lot, I have had many different “hats” in the administrative field.  I started out as a medical secretary, then moved to Calgary, AB and worked for the CEO of an Oil & Gas company as an executive assistant.  We then moved to Florida and I was an accounting clerk, then started within a business as a customer service/data entry clerk.  We moved back to Ontario, and my most current role was with a private lender, as an Account Executive.  In between, I have put together websites for friends and helped them with their social media presence.  Because of my vast experience, I would have to say I am very versatile and can adapt to any work environment.  I have become an expert at organization and love to be detail-oriented.  I love lists!!!

A Unique Skill-Set

I am somewhat of a “computer geek” (hence the name Virtual Assistant Geeks). I am proficient in numerous computer and web-based applications, including Microsoft Office Suite for your Administration needs, WordPress for your website needs, Hootsuite & Canva for your Social Media needs, and more. I also hold a Social Media Certification, Hootsuite Certification and am a proud member of the Canadian Association of Virtual Assistants.
